30 Day Snap with Sprinkleofglitter!

I was reading a post on sprinkleofglitter's blog (Link) about a little challenge she is doing. The challenge is to take a photo everyday for the whole of June, I really liked the idea of this as it's all about seeing the good things in a day and I think it will be really nice to look back at later on. I am going to try my best to complete this challenge and get a photo everyday. I think it would be so good if all you got involved and I can't wait to see everyone's posts!

I shall see you all on the 1st of June with a photo of my day!

Thanks for reading!

I went shopping! #2

Me and my mum went shopping recently at a shopping center near us, it was only meant to be a short look around but as usual I took forever looking around the shops and 4 hours had passed! I'm really happy with the bits I got and thought you all might like to have a little look at what I got!

Botanics eye makeup remover- £3.99
This is my favourite product for removing my eye makeup and my waterproof mascara!

Soap and glory feel good factor- £12
I haven't had chance to use this yet but as I'm going to Greece in a few weeks I thought this would be good to get. My skin is quite sensitive so I didn't want to be putting an old sun tan lotion on it, as this is specific for the face I thought it would be good.

Avene extremely gentle cleanser- £8
Last time my skin was going through a sensitive stage I used this cleanser and it really helped my skin get better so I'm hoping it will help again.

Collection concelar- £3.99
Balmi lip balm- £4.99

LUSH Love Lettuce- £5.95
I only like to get this product every once in a while as I think they are quite expensive for how long it lasts. Like I said above I am going on holiday in a few weeks so I want to make my skin perfect before the holiday!

First shorts- £16.25
Second shorts- £12.75
First place I went was forever 21, I love the shorts I got so much! I really wanted to get a classic denim short as these go with so much, I think the white crochet adds a really nice touch and is so cute. The second  pair are bright blue and so fun!

Maxi dress- £12
This dress is so flattering and it sits by my ankles so doesn't scrape along the floor.

New Look Crop top- £6.99

The next few bits I got are from Matalan-

Boobtube- £6

Beach cover up- £6

Trousers- £12
I am wearing these in my most recent OOTD

I then got some shoes from Primark

Sandals- £4

Thought it would be good for you to see them on

Sandals- £3.50

I also got a pair in Lilac as you can see! These aren't the most sturdy but for £3.50 I couldn't resist!

I will be doing some outfit posts in these clothes in the future so keep an eye out for them!
Hope you all enjoyed having a look at what I got.

Thank you for reading!

Flying through the air...

Every year in my city the council hold a show were people hang from various things in mid air, I took some snaps as I thought you all might find it interesting! How the hell they get in various positions and don't fall out I do not know! Just to warn you that there are a few pictures and sorry for the quality of the photos!

The crane they were hanging from!!

This is what they all hung from!

Gotta have some donuts!

So there you have it, a few pictures from one of my evenings! I really enjoyed it as it was nice to get out of the house and I've gotta say the best part was having doughnuts!

OOTD: Kid's birthday party

Last Saturday I went to a kids birthday party, today I thought I would show you what I wore. It was a really good day as I got to see all my family and Peppa Pig was there, need I say much more? Onto the outfit...

I don't really like this photo but it shows the bag and cardigan I wore!

Top- Gilly hicks, It has green writing on it but you can't really see it in the photo's
Trousers- Matalan, I really love these as they are just like leggings but super thick so your knickers aren't on show!
Shoes- Debenhams
Cardigan- new look
Bag- Matalan

I did my makeup pretty simple and curled my hair and then ran my fingers through it, I really like how it turned out!

Hope you all enjoyed this post!

Topshop Lipstick in Hazard Review

This is my all time favourite lipstick, it's by topshop and its in the colour 'Hazard'. The thing that I love about this lipstick is that it's a bit darker then most reds you find in boots but at the same time its still a true red. It has a matte finish so is a little drying but can be cured my applying some lip balm! It stays on for about 3-4 hours which isn't particularly great for a matte lipstick but I love the colour so much I don't mind reapplying!

I know this photo isn't great but today just wasn't the day of taking photos, every single photo turned out awful! Hopefully though you can see the colour of the lipstick clearly enough! I'm also wearing this lipstick in my profile picture.

Lush lemony Flutter cuticle butter review

Today's product I am going to be talking about is Lemony Flutter by Lush. I showed this in a recent post but I thought I would go into more detail about It. It is a thick cream that can be used on the cuticles or any other dry part of the body. It smells straight up like lemons which I absolutely adore! I mainly use this product on my cuticles before bed and boy can I tell you It makes such a difference! My cuticles have become so much more hydrated and soft, I've also noticed that my nails have grown so much more since using this. I have had this product for about 4 months now and have used hardly any, you only need a tiny little bit! It comes in a nifty pot which is useful for travelling as it doesn't take up much room. I really love this product and if you're a fan of lemon I highly recommend you take a look at this!

The Boyfriend Tag

It's my boyfriends birthday today so I thought what better thing to do then the boyfriend tag, I have seen so many of these on youtube but I thought I would bring it to the blogger world! Instead of my boyfriend just answering the questions about me I'm going to answer the questions about him as well. So I thought it would be good to tell you a little bit about us. My boyfriend lives in the west midlands and I live in essex, we have a long distance relationship. My boyfriend plays games and met this guy called Alasdair on xbox, they quickly became friends and had been talking for about 3 years when they finally decided to meet up, Alasdair went up to the west midlands so it was Graham's turn to come to essex. Now where I fit into this is that I am friends with Alasdair and was friends with him before I met Graham. Alasdair decided to have a halloween party and invited Graham along, so he came down for the week. I also went to the same party and that is how we met, we started talking and now have been in a relationship for over a year. We skype almost everyday and I get to see him during college holidays.

My boyfriend and I

Onto the questions!

1. She's sitting in front of the tv what is on the screen?
Graham- That's a tricky one as Georgina doesn't watch tv much but I'd say Pretty little liars or come dine with me.
Me- If lord of the rings was on the tv then that would be his number one choice but other then that he would probably be watching something random, possibly family guy or sometimes even a reality show.

2. You're out to eat what kind of dressing does she get on her salad?
Graham- She rarley eats salad but if she does she will have honey mustard.
Me- Graham doesn't really eat salad but I'm gonna go with mayonnaise or salad cream, I'm probably completely wrong!

3. Whats one food she doesn't like?
Graham- As far as I can remember there isn't a food she doesn't like, she'll eat anything.
Me- He hates oranges!

4. You go out to eat and have a drink what does she order?
Graham- Diet coke.
Me- Probably coke.

5. What size shoe does she wear?
Graham- size 7.
Me- He wears a size 13/14 but most sometimes has to squeeze his feet into size 12 as not every store goes that far.

6. If she was collecting anything what would it be?
Graham- Definitely makeup or Russian dolls.
Me- Some sort of old game player, Graham loves the idea of collecting old game players and then in the future selling them for a lot of money.

7. What is her favorite type of sandwich?
Graham- Bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich.
Me- In school he used to have a ham, cheese and tomato sandwich so I'm gonna go with that!

8. What would she eat everyday if she could?
Graham- Jacket potatoe and beans everyday
Me- Graham tends to go through certain phases of being obsessed with certain foods so I'm just gonna say what ever food he is obsessing over at the time!

9. What is her favorite cereal?
Graham- curiously cinnamon.
Me- He likes shredded wheat with about 10 spoonfuls of sugar! (more like 4 but I like to exaggerate!)

10. Whats her favourite music?
Graham- She likes a Variety of music
Me- Graham has quite a vast range of music he likes!

11. Whats her favourite sports team?
Graham- Doesnt have a favourite sports team or any one who is winning.
Me- Aston villa.

12. Whats her eye color?
Graham- Her eye colour is hazely brown.
Me- Green!

13. Who's her best friend?
Graham- best friend is someone called hannah
Me- Alasdair or Tate

14. What is something you do that she wishes you wouldnt?
Graham- Biting my nails.
Me- Winds me up, He knows exactly what annoys me!

15. Whats her heritage/where she's from
Graham- England
Me- England

16. You bake her a cake for her bday what kind of cake?
Graham- Well I can't cook so it would be something really simple.
Me- Probably chocolate.

17. Did she play any sports?
Graham- She used to play netball in school.
Me- Used to be in the rowing team, used to play cricket. He plays golf from time to time.

18. What could she spend hours doing?
Graham- Doing  her makeup!
Me- Staring at me ;) Only joking, hmm I'm gonna go with playing games.

19. What is one unique talent she has?
Graham- Instant creativity when it comes to makeup.
Me- He can whistle like an owl!

So there you have it! I just want to wish my boyfriend a Lovely birthday and to say that I love you!

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain Review

Yesterday I was in boots and used the machine thingy (good description!) to check if I had any special offers. I had a few useless ones but one of them was £2 of any lipstick or mascara. I had been wanting to get another balm stain from revlon for ages so thought this was the perfect time to get one, also I had enough boots points so I didn't even have to spend any money! Oh how I love boots. So I promise you this isn't a post on how much I love boots it is in fact about my new lipstick. If you read my other post on the other colour I have in 'Lovesick' then you will know how much I love it! I always want my lip products to stay on for a long time so these are perfect for me, there are so many things I love about these products I thought I would make a list!

1. I love the twisty up packaging, no need to use a sharpener!
2. I love how the packaging matches the colour that the stain is.
3. They go on really easily and are very moisturising!
4. They last a long time! Now as this is a lighter colour it doesn't last as long as say my Lovesick one but for a nude it does last a pretty good amount of time!

My only bad point about these products is that they smell strongly of mint, the scent does go away after about 5 minutes so it doesn't bother me but I know it will bother some people who don't like scents!

Enough blabbering onto the swatches!

Now this lipstick was an absolute bugger to photograph, for some reason I just couldn't quite seem to get the colour across in a photo! The colour of this lipstick is pretty much exactly like the second photo, it is a pinky nude colour, perfect if your a neutral girl or are wearing dark colours on the eye. I will warn you though if you apply this heavily it does start to have a hint of mauve in it! Overall I am so glad I brought this lipstick and I am looking at getting some of the darker colours at a later date!

Lazy sunday: What products I use

Most sundays for me are pretty chilled and relaxed, I lounge around the house and around the afternoon time I finally get round to do everything I should have done earlier on. I thought it might be interesting for you to see what products I like to use on this day, I normally deep cleanse my brushes, wash my hair and use a deep treatment, basically what I call a pamper day!

I start of with a shower and wash my hair, at the moment I am trying to use up this herbal essences shampoo. It's okay, not the greatest shampoo but if you do want your hair  to be sleek and straight it does do the job, I am just using this shampoo until it finishes and then I am going to get a tigi one. I then follow it up with this tresemme deep treatment, I love this as it makes my hair so soft and smells really nice! If my hair is feeling really dry and dehydrated then I will use this treatment twice a week. After washing my hair I will use buffy body butter by lush to get rid of any dead skin and also moisturise, if I don't use buffy I will use aqua mirabilis which is a bit rougher. I then use either snow fairy by lush or cinnamon buns by philosophy, both of these smell super yummy!

Once out of the shower I cleanse my face, at the moment I am using my skintruth soothing cleanser. My skin has been really sensitive lately so this product has been perfect. I then use the skintruth scrub which is lovely as it isn't too abrasive on the skin yet still removes the dead skin. After doing a nice scrub if I have a mask I will use that, I really like love lettuce face mask by lush. I don't get it very often as I think its expensive considering it only lasts for 2-3 weeks, this mask helps to clear up my skin and provide some hydration. Then I use my lush eau roma water toner, I love this stuff so much its so cooling and refreshing! It soothes my skin and doesn't irritate it. I then apply a generous amount of this nivea moisturiser for dry skin.

Then I move onto my nails, this is quite a quick step as I just remove the excess cuticle and apply a clear coat of nail polish. I then apply some lush lemony flutter cuticle butter which is amazing at hydrating the nails and I think it has helped my nails grow a lot and become so much stronger!

I then clean my makeup brushes using the Dr Bonner's magic soap, you only need a little bit of this stuff to get a really good lather!

And there you have it! This is what I do most sundays.

MUA Heaven & Earth eyeshadow palette review

Today I am going to be talking about an eyeshadow palette by MUA in 'Heaven and earth'. For the price of this product I think the quality is fantastic! For only £4 the eyeshadows are really pigmented and there are some gorgeous shades in the palette.

This palette contains 12 gorgeous neutral colours, perfect for creating many eye looks! The eyeshadows are soft to the touch and apply beautifully. If you liked brown's and neutral colours then I highly recommend you check this palette out!

My wishlist #1

I have seen a few of these floating around the blogger world and found them really interesting to read! I love seeing what other people want and also what the newest thing everyone is drooling over. Clearly I am just very nosy! I picked six of the most recent things I really want to get and thought I would share them with you today.

1.  Emma Hardie amazing face natural lift and sculpt moringa cleansing balm. Could that name get any longer?! I have heard so many people rave about this product and I think it would be such an interesting thing to try as its a balm rather then a regular liquid cleanser.

2. Ted baker small wash bag. First of all I love the colour of this bag, second how cute is that bow? I love the look of this bag as its so colouful and cute looking!

3. Bumble and bumble sunday shampoo. Lately when I have been washing my hair it still feels dirty afterwards, almost as if it isn't being washed properly. After looking up numerous reviews on youtube this product sounds like the perfect thing! It's a shampoo that you use once a week and its meant to get rid of product build up and thoroughly clean the hair.

4. Topshop cat top. How cute is this top?! I love it so much, I think it would look really nice with a pair of leggings and sandals or even converse.

5. New look sandals. As Summer is coming up I want to get some new sandals, I like the look of these ones as they don't have that annoying toe bit that always hurt the inside bit of my toe!

6. Tigi S factor smoothing shampoo. This is another product I have been seeing on youtube lately and I really want to try this! It is meant to be a hydrating and smoothing shampoo and supposedly smells of strawberries and cream, who wouldn't want their hair to smell like that?

So there you have it, a few things I have been lusting over lately!
